Borer and Tomney Law is a small and experienced law firm that offers individualized service to assist its clients with their legal needs including issues arising in the care, support and planning for loved ones. We understand that dealing with legal issues that affect you or a loved one –whether elderly or living with disabilities – can be challenging and complicated. We strive to make the process as straightforward and cost-effective as possible for our clients.
We are also unique in the Guardianship and Conservatorship area of practice due to our representation of several professional agencies that provide Guardianship and Conservatorship and related services throughout the metro area and greater Minnesota. Our firm represents two large social service agencies that provide professional guardianship, conservatorship, power of attorney, case management, and trust services. These agencies are often appointed by the Court to act as Guardian or Conservator in situations where there may not be a family member able or willing to serve. We have successfully filed hundreds of Petitions on behalf of these agencies and appear in Court to represent them on the numerous issues that arise through the Guardianship and Conservatorship process. We use this experience to assist families making the Court process as uncomplicated and cost-effective as possible.
We are centrally located in the Twin Cities, just off Interstate 94 at Snelling Avenue and Concordia Avenue in St. Paul. We are approximately five miles from both downtown St. Paul and Minneapolis but represent clients throughout the metro area and greater Minnesota.
